Joey appeared in the Fallout: Nuka Break Fan Film as one of the minor antagonists. He, along with Tanner and Red, were hired by Caesar's Legion to find Scarlett and return her to Leon. After failing to take down Scarlett and Twig, Joey was shot by Red and killed.
Personality[]
Joey seemed to be new to the group, as he forgot to pop up during their introduction and was killed off without consequence. He is considered a flat character.
Appearance[]
Joey wore what appeared to be a jacket, red shirt, and jeans. The outfit is quite similar to the Field Hand outfit, an apparel in Fallout: New Vegas.
